OUR APPROACH

We are called on to do this work because of our commitment to social change. We know that change work is foundational, multi-layered, and challenging, and we work closely with clients to clarify their vision and support their organizational capacity to create and sustain the change they aspire to embody. Our belief is that communities can develop this capacity when equipped with the necessary skills and tools.

Oftentimes change work is singularly driven by a sense of urgency, rather than centering the humanity of the individuals and communities that are called to transform. We propose a more holistic model. Our approach acknowledges the body/mind connection, somatic responses, and visceral experiences of the labor, the failure, and the successes involved in doing justice and equity work.

We value connection and collaboration and we work to build relationships of trust among colleagues.
