We live in the future. Advancements in reproductive technologies and accessibility to them is not always what we imagine. What can we imagine? Exploring connections between contraception, ethics, queer theory, kinship, and family, we will discover new ideas and new challenges to building and creating family and humans. An examination into uterus donation, surrogacy, contraception, in vitro fertilization, embryo transfer, reprogenetics, and cloning will be discussed.
Participants will examine and discuss advancements in reproduction that have manifested through technology.
